THTC is a music program initiated by Noirlab Collective, serving as both the program organizer and curator. THTC focuses on showcasing quality local musicians and artists while providing them with a meaningful platform and proper exposure.

Since 2023, THTC has been held four times, with the ambition to continuously grow as a platform for appreciation, collaboration, and performance, supporting the development of local musicians and artists.
